Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes – However they must be over 18 or accompanied by an adult.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No- simply display the ticket from you mobile phone.

Is there an age limit to Enter the event?

Under 18’s Must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the Festival?

See website for maps and transport links.

Is parking Available?

NO – parking is not available at the festival site, the swannery car park is the nearest parking however charges will apply.

Are tickets refundable?

No- Tickets Purchased are not refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Can I bring Pets?

No- only guide dogs will be permitted on the festival site.

Can you bring your own Alcohol?

NO – Alcohol will only be sold in the festival ground under the challenge 25 policy, please bring your ID with you, Alcohol coming in to the festival will be confiscated and this may result in your admittance being refused.

Can wristbands be purchased on the Day ?

No- only advanced ticket purchases will be accepted.

Do I need to print of confirmation?

No- simply present your ticket from your mobile phone.

Who can come?

This event is open to all, under 18’s ,must be accompanied by an adult 18+

Can I bring chairs and tables?

No strictly no chairs or furniture will be admitted on to festival site.

How do I collect my wristband?

Wristbands will be available to collect on the day, just bring your email conformation. Wristbands will not be posted in advance.

What time does the festival open?

Gates open from 11am with acts starting from 12:30pm

Can food be bought in to the festival site?

Small picnics will be permitted, ensuring all drinks are under 500ml liquid and factory sealed.

Is there Disability viewing?

Yes please contact the festival organisers in advance of your arrival as subject to availability.

I cant find my e-ticket?
